Docere Clinics offers the most comprehensive stem cell upgrade ever conceived:
The Full-Body Stem Cell Makeover.
Over the years, Dr. Adelson has developed the reputation as the guy who does “big treatments”. This is because so many of his patients have been farmers, ranchers, and hard-working folks who have “exceeded the terms of their warranty” and have arthritis throughout their entire bodies. Because of his background in regenerative injection therapy, because he has never billed insurance and is not brainwashed into thinking we can only treat one area in a single sitting, and because he works with such skilled anesthesiologists, he sees no reason to not treat the entire body in a single sitting.
While the patient is comfortably sedated by our anesthesiologist, first, he aspirates a large volume of bone marrow. The bone marrow stem cells are concentrated into bone marrow aspirate concentrate (BMAC), a broth rich in stem cells. He then might perform a lipoaspiration in order to isolate a patient’s own stem cells from their fat (please note – due to changes in the regulatory environment, we are currently phasing out the use of fat-derived stem cells and plan to totally discontinue its use by November, 2020). The patient’s own stem cells are then supplemented with a large volume of exosomes and Wharton’s Jelly (see ‘stem cell therapy’ page for info on exosomes and Wharton’s Jelly), then every major musculoskeletal structure is injected with stem cells/exosomes/Wharton’s Jelly. This means the entire spine, from the base of the skull to the tailbone, on both sides at every level, and all major joints (shoulders, elbows, wrists, thumbs, hips, knees, ankles, great toe).
There are three options for Full-Body Stem Cell Makeover:
“Two-hands”, “Four-Hands”, and “Six-Hands”
“Two Hands“: Dr. Adelson performs all of the orthopedic spine and joint injections, as described above.
“Four Hands“: People then have the option of having Amy Killen, M.D. perform all her injections for cosmetic/sexual enhancement (skin of face/neck/hands/scalp, plus vagina/penis) at the same time.
“Six Hands“: This advanced treatment was developed for the “Father of Biohacking”, Dave Asprey. This treatment includes everything in the “Four Hands”, plus we fly in our dear friend and colleague, Neurosurgeon Marcella Madera, M.D. to do advanced injections of the spinal cord and brain. The “Six Hands” also includes three nights stay at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel, and various VIP services. Please see the video above where Dave describes his experience with the Six Hands Full-Body Stem Cell Make-Over.

The Stem Cell Theory of Aging states that tissue aging occurs because stem cell populations decline or cease to function. The Stem Cell Makeovers are for people interested in being proactive. We take stem cells from where you still have a robust population (your bone marrow), then we supplement with exosomes (the active ingredient of stem cells derived from culture-expanded placental stem cells), and we re-populate your entire musculoskeletal system with these turbo-charged stem cells.
Full-Spine Stem Cell Makeover
is the injection of autologous stem cells from your own body, combined with exosomes into every level of your spine, on both sides, from the base of your skull to your tailbone and directly into the spinal canal. Stem cell injections into the intervertebral discs may be performed as needed.
Full-Body Stem Cell Makeover
is the injection of autologous stem cells from your own body combined with exosomes into the full spine (as above), AND all major peripheral joints (shoulders, elbow, wrists/hands, hips, knees, ankles/feet), with the option of “Four-Hands” with Amy Killen, M.D. performing her injections for cosmetic/sexual enhancement (skin of face/neck/hands/scalp, plus vagina/penis) and “Six-Hands” with Marcella Madera, M.D. performing her advanced injections of the spinal cord and brain.
Frequently Asked Questions
Regarding Full-Spine/Body Stem Cell Make-Overs
Dr. Adelson developed the Full-Body Stem Cell Make-Overs over a period of many years.
You will be sedated by a board-certified anesthesiologist, so you will be blissfully unaware of the entire experience as it happens. After the treatment, surprisingly, you will not be terribly sore. We have found that the strong anti-inflammatory effect of the stem cells and the exosomes makes it such that you are only mildly sore afterward.
No. There exists a growing body of data showing that stem cell therapy may be effective for the treatment of musculoskeletal pain conditions such as arthritis, however there is no proof that it will prevent degenerative conditions in the future.
Although this is a totally reasonable concern and stands to reason theoretically, this has not been our experience. Over 20 years of full-time regenerative injection therapy practice and 10 years of full-time stem cell practice, we have not found there to be any disadvantage to treating multiple areas in a single sitting. Of course, we cannot say this with complete certainty, as Full Body Stem Cell Makeover has not been formally researched, but our experience is that in most cases, the problems areas respond just as well as if we were to only treat them.
